Brianna Gonzalez, age 7, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2009, as the result of a traffic accident.  Born in Loveland, CO, on Feb. 9, 2002, she was the daughter of Benito and Maria “Nancy” Gonzales.  She was a 1st grade student at  Currington Elementary .  Preceded in death by her mother, Maria “Nancy” Gonzalez, and grandmother Margarita Longoria. Brianna is survived by her father, Benito Gonzalez;   Grandparents, Tomas Gonzalez, Jose D. Herrada, Austina Lira;  Brothers and Sisters,  Eric Herrada,  Edgar Alex Gonzalez, Eduardo Gonzalez,  and Joselin Gonzalez;   Aunts and Uncles, Nicolas Gonzalez, Rosa Gonzalez, Blasa Gonzalez, Juana Gonzalez, Magdaleno Gonzalez, Virginia Gonzalez, Miguel Herrada, Juan Herrada.  Nephews, Evante and lluvy. The Recitation of the Rosary will be on Tuesday, May 5, at 7:00 p.m. at Vaughan’s Funeral Home.  The Mass will be celebrated on Wed., May 6, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in the Boerne Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorial contributions to help pay the expenses for the funeral. There will be an account at Security Service Federal Credit Union.
